I think i have nothing surprises me ,because i have more 20 years experience so every things were normal to me .something i have to mention it I noticed there is more flexible deal with students for stance if they want to change lecture time they have to tell a lecturer

we faced that when we have come on 8 o'clock we surprised nobody there in class room after 15 minutes the Lecturer came and tell us and apologize about delay
.it happened  when we did our shadowing.
After that was completed the lecture discussion on topics related to the shading with the introduction of questions about it .

Beginning welcomed the lecture trainers Saudis then known on their own and then put forward the agenda meeting and program, which runs it, and reviewed the system of technical education and vocational training in Finland, and programs that give students in the stages of various training and how to conclude contracts for training cooperative between educational institutions and companies and among the students.

Then completed a Mrs. Susanna its part of the lecture (Training Coordinator University) that is coordinating the cooperative training (trainee / Company / University or Institute) and then choose their place of training at the behest of the student through the Internet and is identifying opportunities for training in companies and businesses. Then, after the signing of the contract between the parties (trainee / company) is twice his coach training from the university.

The Finnish vocational skills competition for those with special needs was renamed in May 2009.From now on it will be known as TaitajaPlus.

The great challange for education is how to identify and recognise skills and knowledge acquired outside of the educational system.The ultimate purpose of attending school is by no means to achieve certain grades but to acquire competence.

We started our visit at the beginning on Thursday morning, where he started the program to visit decor section , providing us with a student (under training), Company Profile, activities and training received by the way, then stated that the company has achieved at least 100 million by 130 employees. Provided an amazing fact received the approbation of all at the end of the visit. the delegation members were recive gifts from the company's production.
