week(11)Reflection

Monday(Jun11-15/2012)
This week started Armaly actively began with us a presentation on students with special needs and how to care about them and ways to deal with them. And how their discovery in the classroom.Category they need care and attention in the classroom.It is coincidence that when we returned to our homes we passed the city center. And we celebrate the people with special needs. We enjoyed it with this class that you need for such care and attention.

On Tuesday we were on a date with Mr. / David in a workshop on the organizations and networks of the vocational teacher.
mr.David has a nice figure to qualify for the work of a successful contact with his students discuss and give it a chance to talk and listen without interrupting, where my colleagues and I feel very happy when David begins the discussion with us. Personal, open and fun and probably was one of the factors of his success as a teacher at the University of HAAGA-HELIA.
Of the things that were discussed briefly mention them in the form of points:

visit and excursions:trip to Luuki National Park.
It was the morning of Wednesday, June 13th we were on a date with a very nice trip to the National Park of Finland, as usual, gathered at a bus stop in preparation to ride the bus and go to the park. Our move was a quarter past nine o'clock in the morning. We got to the Espoo ten o'clock in the morning then we carried our luggage (food and water). Then we walked the distance in about half an hour on foot was a great experience in the weather are beautiful. Upon arrival to the tent prepared by Armaly and her son, and we purpose then we started to tour with Armaly to identify the types of trees.Then we came back to start preparing grill varied on the land of the park. It was really the most enjoyable trips we went to it. Thank Armaly.

At eight in the morning we met at a bus stop as usual, accompanied by Suvi and Kamal Jaber. We left the bus station in Helsinki on their way to Tampere. We spent about two hours on the road. We got to the Nokia Company.The program was as follows:

10:30 to 11:10 Valheri:Nokia,NRC.and our university collabration.
11:10 to 11:45 Teem:Networking,IPv6-BTL sensors+demo.
11:45 to 12:30 moving to demola by car/bus
12:30 to 13:30((in Demola,dwontown in Tampere)
13:30 to 15:00 Delmola

presentations+demos+discussions.
I don't know  Is it coincidence that the day of the visit was in the Nokia's I have read on the BBC world news for the demobilization of 10 000 staff members of the company!!

week(10)Teacher Training

Monday to Thursday(Jun4-8/2012):
The tenth week of June, starting June 4 to 8 week practical application of teaching with the rest of my colleagues. Let me first extend my sincere thanks to the teacher/David who was working as a consultant with an effective range of the Rising Sun, where he was keen to attend and participate and give their comments on the show.   My colleagues and I have done (Maher. Alwadani. Ali) in a lot of effort and training on the practical approach on this issue for two weeks going to offer a presentation worthy of the occasion. Thanks to all my colleagues.   I would also like to point out that the rest of the teachers' professional colleagues and provided lessons in diction and cooperation and work as a team to perform the task of teaching, assessment and effective exercises.   Armaly also thank for their efforts and their work continued for the benefit of the community, and outstanding performance throughout the session day and evaluate the work of teachers.

Evaluation is the key agent to enhance the quality of learning:it was a Beginning of the lecture,but(actually we have alot of but about a  lecture and  Lecturer)
the subject is very important to have information help to deal with your student as teacher.we respect Ph.L Jeri,but he was not successful in clarifying this issue is important for us as teachers, as he read the slide, and silent, without explaining or explain the main idea of the slide, waiting for the comments a colleague. And so the situation continues from the first meeting on Monday morning to the last lecture on Tuesday.so it was really boring

we have a nice tipe.I mean Omnia, we have visited a vocational school where students are trained in different majors.It was a good opportunity to learn about how to emplement technology in education.so it was a good chance to learn more.I enjoyed Omnia mobile learning workshop.

On Thursday, the end of May 2012 we spent wonderful moments as usual with the Merja and Katri courses and their own learning and development on education and vocational education. Where the group divided into small groups after each discussion group one teaching methodology, and selection by the group to make a presentation on what was his discussion of theories about educational issues among members of the group.

Trip to Vierumaki and Jyvaskyla:

It was a morning beautiful day Monday, May 21, 2012. Been gathering in the bus station as usual, then leaving for the Vierumaki and arrived to HAAGA-HELIA Vierumaki Compus,at first  the  coaches were divided into four groups each of 5 members.Then went to a lecture to the working methods of marketing research, has been a great lecture we saw through some of the methods of marketing research during Carrie's teachers Kari and villi,Then lunch time 12:30 after that we went to the golf, it was fun and good entertainment, it's a nice game need a major effort to learn and mastery. At 5:00  o'clock was our appointment with sauna and swimming pool, unfortunately,i could not subscribe because I'm not a good  swimmer but the rest of the swimming colleagues were very enjoying this wonderful weather where we participated mr. Lars and mr. Kamal.  Then we were on a date with dinner at six o'clock pm It was a wonderful meal and we enjoyed the atmosphere through which social and family that prevailed among members of the group. When most of us went to the cottages.

Tuesday morning we had to wake up early. Then breakfast at eight, and then leaving to jyvaskyla city. Where we arrived at eleven in the morning. We got a "scandisk" hotel and after that  placing the bags in the rooms of our own, we went to jyvaskyla college where've met Ari-Pekka, Nikula. Then we took a tour of the departments and we attended a workshop with Ari-Pekka, Nikula  entrepreneurial education in jyvaskyla college.then we met with students in their own projects then leaving for the hotel and then leave after lunch to Helsinki.

Wednesday morning we woke up in early, and then we eat breakfast in the scandic hotel by bus and then out to the Team Academy model at University of Applied Scienceswalking around the team Academy premises, meeting the students, after that departure from the meeting venue to the hotel. Finally we departure Jyvaskyla to Helsinki. It was a great trip we had.

I think i have nothing surprises me ,because i have more 20 years experience so every things were normal to me .something i have to mention it I noticed there is more flexible deal with students for stance if they want to change lecture time they have to tell a lecturer

we faced that when we have come on 8 o'clock we surprised nobody there in class room after 15 minutes the Lecturer came and tell us and apologize about delay
.it happened  when we did our shadowing.

After that was completed the lecture discussion on topics related to the shading with the introduction of questions about it .

Beginning welcomed the lecture trainers Saudis then known on their own and then put forward the agenda meeting and program, which runs it, and reviewed the system of technical education and vocational training in Finland, and programs that give students in the stages of various training and how to conclude contracts for training cooperative between educational institutions and companies and among the students.

Beginning of the article teacher welcomed us and then sat down with the coordinator of the lecture and seven of the students. Was a fun debate between students and lecturer on a round table where students participated very effectively except for one student only when asked she told them that she had not prepared and I forgot to prepare for a lecture.
 These are some observations: students participated very effectively in terms of good preparation of the material and the scientific debate.
Good as well as students' ability to use the aids in teaching from the blackboard and data Show, computers and websites specializing in the marketing of products and brand names.
The student analyzes the importance of social networking sites in the process of marketing in an innovative way - the use of references
 Well as a student has summarized the lecture, and then an Observer in the end to submit observations on each student participated in the debate about the most important notes.

when the Statute of the lecture was agreed upon is 8:30 A.M as agreed with the students to attend 8:30 A.M. Then began to record attendance for students.
In my opinion she should let us know the new date with the students, then I noticed delays and absenteeism among students.

and then Began in explaining how to design a strip ad by program PowerPoint, but her voice was low, and follow-up of student performance was weak, where he was supposed to follow the student which is applied to design steps step by step.




Finally i also noted that some students were busy opening Facebook pages. In any case was average performance did not rise to the level at which we had hoped.

First of all, I'd like to mention some of my notices about this session, we meet the instructors of Brand Expertise Suvi Kalela & Matti Kalela.I noticed that student divided into four groups to discuss a specific points, the students interact with each other where the instructors have only a role of an assistant when they do their experiments.
After that participants start to write their opinions on the board. It was an opportunity to work as a group.



Finely,the instructors have an useful feedback about their efforts throughout the school term.

This second meeting with Mrs. Maijaa Suonpaa which received us warmly in the classroom where the teacher asked us to introduce ourselves to students and the definition of our mission that we came for.
Began Mrs. Maijaa Suonpaa told us that some students now outside the classroom will come in turn, began distributing test papers prior to the students to see their results in the test, then began to dissolve the test and focus on how to design the questionnaire and used the board and the monitor and then allowed a student to participate in the clarification and explanation of important points in the test.
Unfortunately we started the discussion sessions and monitoring began in Term time about the end was not much left to complete the teaching and learning.

here we write down some important points:
*They had tow partners workshop on Tuesday afternoon.
*In the first one a media company Alma Media.
*she talked about 52 minuts(I think it was too much).so most of students were busy by mobiles or talking with others.
* she didnt care about how to organize students , i noted some of students didnt contribute in the workshop at all.
*But it was a good think to share others your experience.
*so i did asample questionnaire with students around me ,I asked them:do you feel boring?
 they answered yes indeed.
*I think talking more than 15 minuts it will be boring for students.

First and scond week reflection

I consider myself very lucky to be joining when I was attending the session and discussions of professional trainers in Finland so I prepared myself well to take advantage of the full-day session when I got to University I met Kamal Baalakh where he helped me to get into housing.
Then I found a warm welcome from university officials when attending the first day of training for that I thank them for that, of the things that I liked having two instructors in the classroom and coordination for the management of the classroom, early planning of the articles of the full week, focusing on mass education and taking into account individual differences among members team as well as the link between education and training partners on the one hand and on the other hand and connect it to the student life process.
i was happy with my group.
